Although this website is updated regularly, all prices, products, ingredients and availability are subject to change without notice

All delivery timescales are given in working days, a dispatch notice will be sent via email at time of postage 

After placing an order through our online shop details will be sent to the email address you provided, detailing name, billing and shipping addresses, items ordered and your unique order number. Please contact us via hello@dormousechocolates.co.uk if any of these details are incorrect. It is your responsibility to check these details are correct at time of ordering and to notify us of any problems. Dormouse Chocolates reserve to right to decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to shortages or unavailability of stock, inability to authorise payment and inability to ship due to temperature

It is your responsibility to check the condition of all products at time of receipt and alert us to any damaged or faulty items immediately. Please send details and photographs of any faults including images of the item, the item's packaging including best before date and the packaging the item was received in to our contact email hello@dormousechocolates.co.uk. Under no circumstances will we be held liable for any complaints or issues that are not reported within 24 hours of delivery
