The beans: made with undeodorized cocoa butter from the Sambirano Valley in Madagascar which gives this bar a unique fruitiness
Please note that the caramelised milk powder in this bar gives it a darker appearance than you might expect from a white chocolate

Ingredients: light muscovado sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder
Minimum cocoa solids: 38%
Minimum milk solids 22%
