When Ernesto and his team at the Kablon Farm in The Philippines were collecting in the 2017 cacao harvest they noticed that the pods were either reddish brown or yellow. Intrigued, they put some of each colour to one side and processed each colour separately. We have taken these beans and created chocolate with each, following identical recipes. This set is the result!
Each set contains two 70g bars, one red pod and one yellow and comes in a hand stamped cotton bag that's perfect for storing your chocolate stash!
