Tasting notes: Mellow and smooth, notes of oaty biscuits with a tropical fruit finish
The beans: Grown on the Kablon Farm in Tupi, South Cotobato – a province in the southern reaches of The Philippines by the Pantua family. We were first introduced to these beans by Estela when she pressed a bag of her uncle’s beans into our hands at The Chocolate Show in 2016 and have loved working with them ever since.
We are currently waiting on a delivery of beans, which made the long journey by sea from the farm to Amsterdam at the end of last year. Sign up here if you would like to hear when we have Kablon bars back in stock.
